Preparing Your Logo for Promotional Products

What to check before sending your artwork for a custom product quote.

Send the best available version of your logo. Vector files such as AI, EPS or a vector PDF often make it easier to resize artwork without losing sharpness. If you only have a raster image, provide its original file and ask whether it is suitable for the selected decoration method.

A product's imprint area determines how much detail can remain legible. Very small lettering, fine lines and complex gradients may need to be simplified. Specify your preferred logo colors and placement, and ask whether a particular color reference can be matched.

Review the artwork proof carefully before approval. Check spelling, orientation, size, product color and imprint position. A browser logo preview is illustrative; the confirmed production proof and the selected decoration method determine the final artwork requirements.
